How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your VoiceInvoicer account and all associated data directly from
the app:

1. Open VoiceInvoicer
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted Your account and data will be permanently deleted immediately.

What Data Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

• Account information — your name, email address, and authentication credentials
• Business profile — company name, address, logo, signature, tax ID, and payment details
• Invoices — all invoices, recurring invoices, and associated items
• Client records — names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, and tax IDs
• Products — saved products and pricing
• Expenses — expense records and receipt images
• Cloud backups — all synced data stored in our cloud database (Supabase)

Note: Data stored only on your device (local database) is not affected by server-side deletion. To remove local data, uninstall the VoiceInvoicer app from your device.

Alternative: Request Deletion via Email

If you are unable to delete your account through the app, you can request deletion by emailing us at sharewithanil@gmail.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”

Please include the email address associated with your VoiceInvoicer account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

Data Retention

Once deletion is confirmed, your data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered. We do not retain copies of deleted account data.
