HousePulse – Account & Data Deletion

At HousePulse, we believe you should have total control over your home data. If you decide to stop using our service, you can easily delete your account and all associated information.

What happens when you delete your account?

Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. Once processed, the following data will be purged from our systems:

  • Profile Information: Your name, email address, and profile photo.
  • Home Records: All registered homes, addresses, and property details.
  • Asset Data: Information on your appliances, electronics, and equipment.
  • Maintenance Logs: History of repairs, services, and associated costs.
  • Media: All uploaded photos, receipt scans, and video notes.
  • Warranties: Digital copies of warranty documents and provider details.

How to delete your data

This is the fastest way to delete your data.

  1. Open the HousePulse app.
  2. Go to the More tab.
  3. Tap Settings, then select Profile.
  4. Scroll to the bottom to the Danger Zone.
  5. Tap Delete All Data and confirm your choice. Your data will be instantly removed from both your device and our cloud servers.

Method 2: Via Web Request

If you have already uninstalled the app and wish to delete your data, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to sharewithanil@gmail.com with the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”.
  2. In the email, provide the email address associated with your Google or Apple account used to sign in.
  3. Our support team will verify your identity and process the deletion within [e.g., 7 business days]. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
