FAQs

1. How do I create an invoice using my voice?

VoiceInvoicer allows you to generate invoices by simply speaking.
Tap the Microphone button on the Home screen.
Speak the details of your invoice naturally (e.g., “Bill John Doe $500 for Website Design, due next Friday”).
The app will automatically transcribe and format the details into an invoice.
Review and save your invoice.

2. Can I edit an invoice after creating it?

Yes! You can edit any invoice before or after saving it. Open the invoice from your list and tap the Edit button to make changes to items, prices, client details, or notes.

3. How do I share my invoice?

Once your invoice is ready, tap the Share or Download button. You can email the PDF directly to your client or share it via other messaging apps installed on your device.

4. How do I add my company logo and signature?

Go to Manage Business in the side menu. Here you can:

Upload your Company Logo.
Draw or upload your Digital Signature.
Update your business address and payment details.

5. How do I delete my account?

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data:

Open the Side Menu and go to Settings.
Ensure you are signed in.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Confirm the action. 

Note: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

6. Is my data secure?
