Where are my cards stored? Unlike standard note apps that clutter your device, LeadSnap securely syncs your cards to the cloud (using Supabase). This means your “Mental Vault” is accessible from any device you log into, and your cards are safe even if you lose your phone.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription? LeadSnap subscriptions (Annual Clarity or Monthly Spark) are managed directly by your app store.
- iOS: Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Android: Go to Google Play Store > Profile Icon > Payments & subscriptions.
Troubleshooting
I purchased “Pro” but the app still says I’m on the free plan. Please go to the “Settings” or “Paywall” screen and tap the “Restore Purchases” button at the bottom. This will re-sync your receipt with the App Store/Play Store.
Sync isn’t working / Cards aren’t showing up.
- Check your internet connection.
- Pull down on the home screen to manually trigger a sync.
- If the issue persists, log out and log back in to refresh your session.
