*   **Photos/Media**: We may request access to your photo library to allow you to upload existing images of business cards for processing.

### Data Processing

*   **Image Processing**: Images of business cards are processed to extract text (name, phone, email, etc.). This processing may be performed on-device or securely transmitted to our AI processing provider (Google Gemini) solely for the purpose of data extraction.

*   **Storage**: The extracted contact information and the images are stored locally on your device or securely in your private cloud database if you have enabled sync features.
