  • Voice Data: Voice input processed on-device or via secure cloud API solely for the purpose of generating invoice text. We do not store raw audio recordings permanently.

We may automatically collect non-identifiable usage data to improve our App:

  • Device type and operating system.
  • Usage statistics (e.g., number of invoices created) and crash reports.

We use your information solely for the following purposes:

  • Service Provision: To generate, PDF, and manage your invoices.
  • Synchronization: To sync your invoice data across your devices using secure cloud database services (Supabase).
  • Authentication: To secure your account and data using third-party authentication providers (Google, Apple).
  • Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and improve App performance.

  • Local Storage: Your data is stored locally on your device for offline access.
  • Cloud Storage: If you enable sync, your data is securely stored in a cloud database (Supabase) protected by industry-standard encryption.
  • Security: We implement security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

5. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

  • Supabase: For database and authentication services.
  • Google/Apple Sign-In: For secure user authentication.
  • Gemini AI (Google): For processing voice commands and generating invoice details.

6. AI Features and Data Usage 

Our application uses Google Gemini, a third-party AI service, to provide voice-to-invoice and text-to-invoice data extraction features.

  • Data Collected: When you use these features, your voice recordings (temporarily for transcription) and text prompts are sent to Google Gemini.
  • Purpose: The data is used exclusively to extract invoice details (client name, items, prices) to populate the invoice forms in the app.
  • Data Retention: We do not store your voice recordings on our servers. Google Gemini processes the data in accordance with their privacy policy.
  • User Consent: You must explicitly grant permission within the app before using these features. You can revoke this permission at any time.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

  • We retain your data as long as you have an active account.
  • Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Settings > Delete Account option in the App. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed from our servers.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page or within the App.
